Nestled amongst olive trees, the property offers a peaceful and unspoilt setting, perfect for relaxation and getting away from it all. This beautiful 200 m² villa, spread over two floors, welcomes you with a warm and friendly atmosphere, designed with the comfort of its guests in mind.
The spacious living room, full of character, is the perfect place to share special moments with family or friends. Its decorative fireplace adds an extra touch of elegance, whilst the magnificent adjoining veranda, bathed in light, offers breathtaking views of the surrounding hills and extends the relaxation areas.
The large, fully equipped open-plan kitchen makes it easy to prepare delicious meals to share around the dining table. An outdoor utility area completes the facilities with a washing machine, tumble dryer and an additional fridge-freezer.
The villa can comfortably accommodate up to eight people thanks to its four bedrooms, each with its own private en-suite:
• Bedroom 1 (ground floor, no air conditioning): 160 cm double bed, en-suite shower room with toilet.
• Bedroom 2 (ground floor, air-conditioned): double bed (2 x 80 cm), shower room and separate toilet.
• Bedroom 3 (upstairs, air-conditioned): 160 cm double bed, en-suite bathroom with toilet. Its private balcony offers a magnificent view of the hills.
• Bedroom 4 (upstairs, air-conditioned): 160 cm double bed, shower room with WC.
Outside, a beautiful wooded park surrounds the property, creating an intimate and serene atmosphere. You can enjoy a lovely 7 x 4 metre private swimming pool, ideal for cooling off on fine summer days. A gas barbecue is also available for you to prepare delicious grilled meals to enjoy on the shaded terrace, as well as a private tennis court.
The private car park easily accommodates up to four vehicles. A caretaker resides discreetly in a separate house situated below the property, with no direct view of the villa, thus ensuring your peace and privacy throughout your stay.
Ideally situated in Callas, in the heart of Provence, the villa is the perfect base for exploring the charming hilltop villages of the Var, the Provençal markets and the region’s many vineyards. Nature lovers will enjoy the hiking trails and unspoilt landscapes of the Var hinterland. The Gorges du Verdon and the beaches of Fréjus, Saint-Raphaël and Sainte-Maxime are also easily accessible for a getaway combining nature and the seaside.
