The holiday home features two bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people. The living area is bright and comfortably furnished, making it perfect for relaxing evenings together. Large windows provide plenty of natural light and offer beautiful views of the surrounding countryside.
The open-plan kitchen is modern and fully equipped with, among other things, a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher and everything needed for a comfortable stay. The bathroom is modern and fitted with a shower. WiFi and private parking are also available free of charge.

The outdoor area offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The terrace is the perfect place to enjoy the peaceful surroundings and spend cosy evenings outside. A real highlight of the property is the private Outdoor Hot Tub and sauna, ideal after a walk or day trip through the Ardennes.
There is also a table tennis table and a trampoline outside for additional entertainment. The house is peacefully located in the middle of nature and is ideal for guests looking to completely switch off and relax.

The property is located in Pepinster, a beautiful region with many possibilities for activities and excursions. The surrounding area offers numerous hiking and cycling routes through the Ardennes countryside.
The famous Spa-Francorchamps racing circuit is only about 23 km away. The waterfalls of Coo and the Plopsa Coo amusement park are also within easy reach and perfect for a day trip. Those who enjoy visiting cities can easily reach Spa or Liège in a short time. Trips to Vaalsbroek Castle or the natural landscapes of the High Fens are also well worth a visit.
After an active day, you can fully relax here in the warm Hot Tub, the sauna or simply on the terrace overlooking the greenery.
