The sleeping area comprises three air-conditioned bedrooms spread over the two floors, ensuring privacy and comfort for everyone:

Bedroom 2 (lower level): 160 cm double bed with en-suite bathroom and toilet.

A barbecue and a table football table complete the facilities designed for your social gatherings. The property also has a private car park with space for two vehicles.
The location is ideal for exploring the region’s must-see attractions. Shops are just 1 km away, whilst the beaches of Cannes are less than 5 km away. The charming villages of Mougins and Valbonne are nearby, and quick access to the motorway makes it easy to travel throughout the French Riviera.
