Holiday home for large groups in the peaceful countryside of Houffalize, with a spa, perfect for cycling holidays, corporate retreats or families

Whether it is a family weekend, a getaway with friends, a sports holiday, or a business meeting, this spacious holiday home accommodates groups of up to 37 people and comes fully equipped. You will stay surrounded by nature, just 2 kilometres from the lively centre of Houffalize. Thanks to its extensive facilities, the accommodation is also the perfect base for cyclists and mountain bikers. It features a large, covered bicycle storage area for approximately 50 bikes, a bike wash station, and a private repair cellar. Subtly styled cycling details can also be found throughout the interior.

The house:

The accommodation is thoughtfully designed for a comfortable and carefree stay. The bedrooms are bright and beautifully finished with warm wooden accents. In the communal areas, the use of natural materials creates an intimate, cosy atmosphere. Thanks to its origins as a hotel, you get to enjoy the best of both worlds: plenty of space for conviviality with the whole group, alongside the privacy of your own room whenever you need some quiet time.

For ultimate relaxation, guests can use the sauna and wellness room. This area features an infrared sauna, a massage bed, a spacious whirlpool bath, and a rain shower.

Each of the 15 bedrooms has its own en-suite bathroom with a shower and toilet. The layout is as follows:
- 1 single bedroom
- 10 double/twin bedrooms
- 4 quadruple bedrooms

At the back of the house, there is a business/meeting room with seating for about 20 people. It comes equipped with a projector, a coffee machine, and a comfortable seating area. The large windows look out over the adjacent nature during your meetings.

Outside

As soon as you step outside through the door of the holiday home and onto the terrace, you can enjoy immediately enjoy sweeping views of the Ardennes forests and the soothing sound of the river Ourthe flowing by. The terrace faces south, allowing you to soak up the sun all day long. Outside, you will also find the second part of the wellness area, complete with a hot tub and a traditional Finnish sauna. Additionally, the grounds offer two petanque courts and a large private car park for around 40 cars.
