For more active pursuits, table football, darts, volleyball, table tennis and pétanque provide entertainment and shared memories.

The house:

The villa charms with its bright, spacious rooms and well-thought-out layout. The fully equipped kitchen opens directly onto the dining room, forming the heart of the house. The whole family or group can gather around the large table for convivial meals, games evenings or long conversations. A cosy living room invites you to relax, whilst a separate games room offers space for activities and entertainment.

- Bedroom 2: double bed (160 x 200 cm) with designer bath and washbasin
- Bedroom 3: two single beds (90 x 200 cm each) with shared bathroom (shower, toilet, washbasin)

- Bedroom 5: suite with double bed (160 x 200 cm), double washbasin and walk-in shower

The villa’s outdoor area is a real highlight: an open-air hot tub and, from 20 March 2026, a private sauna will be at your disposal. The fully enclosed garden offers privacy and tranquillity, equipped with garden furniture and sun loungers to enjoy the sunshine. A fire pit and a gas barbecue are perfect for convivial evenings, whilst the pétanque court is ideal for friendly matches. Two covered terraces extend the outdoor living space, ideal for breakfast, dinner or relaxing in the open air.

The villa is situated in Langatte, in the heart of the Grand Est region, renowned for its culinary specialities: don’t miss the famous Quiche Lorraine, the delicious blueberry tart and mirabelle plums, which feature in many local dishes and liqueurs. There is no shortage of activities: the nearby Étang du Stock offers a range of water sports and leisure activities, a well-maintained beach and dining options right by the water’s edge. For day trips, the historic towns of Sarrebourg, Metz, Nancy and Strasbourg are all within about an hour’s drive and offer charming town centres, markets, restaurants and shops, giving you a real taste of France.

A Center Parcs is located 20 minutes away, and the Europa-Park theme park is 1 hour 45 minutes away.
