On the first floor, there is one bedroom with a double bed (140 × 200 cm) and another bedroom with two single beds (90 × 200 cm). A bathroom with a shower and toilet is also located on this level.

On the ground floor, there is one bedroom with a double bed (160 × 200 cm), a bathroom with a bathtub, and a separate toilet.

On the garden level, there are two additional bedrooms with double beds (140 × 190 cm and 160 × 200 cm), as well as a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. All rooms are air-conditioned to ensure optimal comfort.

The living areas include two spacious lounges – one on each level – offering a cozy atmosphere for relaxing with family or friends. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator, a freezer, and an ice machine. A laundry room with a washing machine is also available.

Outside, the private garden with several terraces invites you to enjoy outdoor dining or simply relax. The private pool is surrounded by garden furniture and softly lit in the evening, creating a particularly pleasant atmosphere.
