Just a few minutes' walk from the beaches of La Garonne and Les Oursinières, it also benefits from its proximity to the natural massif of La Colle Noire, a preserved site where you can enjoy hiking and admire exceptional panoramic views of the Mediterranean, the Giens Peninsula and Cap Sicié.
With 450 m² of living space spread over several floors, this characterful residence can comfortably accommodate up to 14 people. Inside, the layout of the bedrooms in two separate areas allows several families or groups to stay at the same time while maintaining complete peace and quiet.
It has 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, allowing everyone to enjoy their privacy while making full use of the communal areas. The ancient architecture and successive renovations give it a unique soul, steeped in history and charm.
The large south-facing garden is perfect for relaxation, sheltered from the Mistral wind and surrounded by Mediterranean plants. A secure outdoor swimming pool offers a refreshing space for hot summer days. Leisure enthusiasts will also enjoy the table tennis table, pétanque court and shaded areas.
The main terrace, adorned with a natural pergola, is an ideal place to share meals in the shade, enjoy long evenings or simply savour the mild Provençal climate.
The surrounding area offers a multitude of activities: water sports, bike rides, Provençal markets, vineyards, secret coves and typical Côte d'Azur villages. Nature and culture lovers will always find something to do just a few minutes from the villa. The location is ideal for exploring the region while enjoying a haven of peace.
