Welcome to a historic farm in the heart of a picturesque Maas village. This spacious double holiday residence combines two independent units into a large, flexible home for groups up to 18 people. Whether for a family vacation, a friends’ weekend or a multigenerational getaway, everyone will find their place. Carefully restored rural architecture meets modern comfort, while the peaceful village location and proximity to the Maas create a unique holiday experience.

The House:

The double residence consists of two harmoniously connected units: a cozy, homely area for six people and a modern loft-style unit for up to twelve people. Together, they form a versatile whole, perfect for groups who want to stay together while enjoying private spaces.

Unit 1 – Cozy Home for up to Six People

The ground floor offers a warm, traditional atmosphere with a dining area, fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living room. Two bedrooms and a modern shower room provide practical comfort. A sofa bed in the living room adds flexibility, ideal for families or grandparents who want to stay close to the children.

Unit 2 – Modern Loft for up to Twelve People

The second unit opens into a spacious, light-filled area ideal for shared activities. An open kitchen with buffet area, a long dining table and a relaxed living room offer plenty of space for gatherings. The ground floor also includes a bathroom and a separate toilet.

Upstairs are three large bedrooms with flexible bed configurations, a bright bathroom and an open reading or working area. One bedroom features a freestanding bathtub for quiet moments. Two baby cots and two high chairs are provided for the little ones.

The terrace is situated idyllically and sheltered within the farm’s courtyard, quickly becoming the home’s favorite spot. Enjoy sunny breakfasts, relaxing afternoons or social barbecue evenings. Bicycles can be safely stored in the courtyard, and spacious, free parking is available right outside the house, making it easy to explore the surroundings at any time.

Located in the idyllic Maas Valley, surrounded by green meadows, rivers and charming villages, the area offers endless opportunities for families and teams.
