This modern holiday home, located in a renovated country house in a small village in the municipality of Amel, accommodates up to 6 guests. The house combines rural charm with contemporary comfort and invites you to relaxing days in the Belgian Ardennes.

On the ground floor, you will find an open living and dining area with a comfortable seating corner and a TV.
The fully equipped kitchen is visually separated from the living area by a half-height wall, blending seamlessly into the overall space.
An air hockey table is also available for your entertainment.
The highlight of this floor is the jacuzzi, separated from the terrace by a glass wall, offering a direct view of the garden.
On the two upper floors, there are three bedrooms, one of which features an infrared sauna.
The rooms are bright, modern, and offer plenty of space for families or small groups.
On this level, you will also find the bathroom, equipped with both a shower and a bathtub.

Outside, there is a furnished terrace with a parasol and charcoal barbecue, as well as a fenced garden – perfect for relaxing moments outdoors.

The nearby Lake Bütgenbach is only about a 10-minute drive away and offers opportunities for swimming and water sports.
