From the moment you arrive, you’ll be captivated by the warm and elegant atmosphere. The spacious living room features comfortable sofas, a wood-burning fireplace, and a flat-screen TV, all opening onto a breathtaking panorama of the surrounding countryside.
The fully equipped open kitchen is at the heart of the home. The ideally placed dining table invites you to share delicious meals with a view of nature. A small built-in wine cellar ensures your bottles are kept at the perfect temperature, ideal for gourmet evenings.
The house offers five bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, ensuring privacy and comfort for every guest. Designed to combine practicality, elegance and relaxation, this villa can accommodate a maximum of 10 to 12 people.
Overlooking the main living area, a mezzanine features a pool table for leisure moments. This space can easily be converted into a meeting room with a flat screen, perfect for seminars or business presentations in a peaceful setting.
For total relaxation, the wellness area includes a traditional sauna, an infrared sauna, loungers, and a shower.
