ACCOMMODATION

The spacious 100 m² living and dining area offers stunning views of the terrace and surrounding landscape through its floor-to-ceiling windows.

The open-plan kitchen, complete with a breakfast bar and four high stools, blends seamlessly into the living space. A large dining table, which can be divided into two separate tables, provides flexibility for shared meals, whether with the whole group or in smaller gatherings.

The five bedrooms are furnished with double beds featuring separate mattresses. The fifth bedroom also includes a baby cot and a changing table, making it ideal for families with young children.

Each bedroom has its own private bathroom with either a shower or a bathtub, as well as a toilet.

A utility room equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer adds convenience, especially for longer stays or after a day spent exploring the outdoors.

OUTDOOR AREA

In addition to the terrace, the large garden invites guests to fully enjoy the surrounding nature and tranquillity.

From June to September, guests have access to a fenced, unheated outdoor swimming pool, available daily from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. A handcrafted wooden sauna and a hot tub provide additional comfort and relaxation.

A charcoal barbecue is available for enjoyable outdoor meals with family or friends (charcoal must be provided by guests).

Hot-air balloon flights can be arranged directly from the property upon request, offering a truly unforgettable experience above the beautiful countryside.

The property also offers 10 parking spaces and a charging station for electric and hybrid vehicles.

SURROUNDINGS

Located in the peaceful hamlet of Brohimont, the property offers complete privacy, with no neighbours within a one-kilometre radius. Walking and hiking trails start right at the doorstep.

Bicycles can be rented in Beauraing and Houyet.

Massages can be arranged on-site with an independent practitioner, subject to availability, with prices starting from €15 per person.

This holiday home is particularly suited to wellness groups, retreats, family holidays and stays with friends. Bachelor and bachelorette parties, as well as noisy celebrations, are not permitted. Please inform us about the composition of your group before making a reservation.
