This modern Provencal-style villa is located in the commune of Vence on the Côte d'Azur in a very peaceful setting, 11km from sandy beaches and 22km from Grasse.
The villa is set in 3600m2 grounds with a private saltwater swimming pool (10 x 5m - Depth 110/170cm - Alarm). Deckchairs line the pool so you can enjoy the peace and quiet and spend some relaxing moments.
A poolhouse equipped with outdoor showers (with hot water), barbecue, oven, gas hob, garden furniture, outdoor TV and dining table are available for you to enjoy convivial moments with family or friends.
Private parking for up to 4 cars.

Grasse is situated north of Cannes. Here you can spend a holiday on the Côte d'Azur, not far from all the major resorts in the south of France.
