This holiday home with a private indoor swimming pool was completely renovated in 2019 and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay in the Belgian Ardennes.
The house can accommodate up to 21 guests and is located close to Sankt Vith, in the heart of the Belgian Ardennes. Guests can also enjoy a tennis court, a sauna, and a cosy bar area with a billiard table, perfect for combining activity, relaxation, and quality time together during their stay.

In the wellness area is another room with a shower and a sink and in the relaxation room are also showers.
A bakery, a butcher, and several shops can be reached in 5 minutes.
Modern, cozy bars and restaurants are located within just 5 minutes.
The Formula 1 racing circuit of Spa - Francorchamps is within easy reach.
Luxembourg or Germany is accessible in just 15 minutes, for those who want to explore the border area.
The Eastbelgium Action, Fun & Kartcenter which is just 5 minutes away, offers a nice day forthe whole family : bowling, karting, sumo wrestling, laser tag, 3D Mini Golf, 7D cinema, billiards and many more activities are available there.
If there is snow, there is a cross country ski track 6 km away, and also a ski rental. Afterwards you can relax in the famous beer museum in Rodt, also called ski hut "Rodt", and have a meal or just end the day in a relaxed atmosphere.
***This holiday home is mainly for family holidays, bachelor parties are not allowed in this house. Please inform us about the composition of your group before booking. Non-family groups can be accepted after agreement of the owner and a possible increase of the security deposit. ***
** Beer is available from the owner for 100€ per barrel**.
