Sobre el alojamiento
This magnificent holiday home, which can accommodate up to 20 people, is located in Mont, a small village near Malmedy in the Ardennes. It is the perfect place to spend holidays with family or friends, as well as to organise corporate seminars.
The location of this cottage, on the edge of the forest at the foot of the Hautes Fagnes Nature Park, is ideal for lovers of hiking, skiing, mountain biking and culture. It is only a fifteen-minute walk from the Warche Valley, a starting point for many walks, such as to Reinhardstein Castle, the Robertville Dam or the Bayehon Waterfall, and only a few kilometres from the charming towns of Malmedy, Stavelot and Spa, as well as the famous Spa-Francorchamps circuit.

The house consists of two interconnected buildings.
The cottage has a total of 8 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.
The main building has three floors
- BASEMENT: here you will find everything you need to relax and enjoy your stay: a heated indoor swimming pool, a relaxation room with sauna and fitness equipment, as well as a table tennis table and table football.
- GROUND FLOOR: a modern, well-equipped kitchen, a spacious dining room with a bar and an open fire.
- FIRST FLOOR: a large TV lounge and four spacious bedrooms.
One bedroom with a double bed adjoining another bedroom with two single beds, with a shared bathroom.
One bedroom with a double bed and private shower.
The other building has three bedrooms:
Two suites with living rooms and private bathrooms.
One bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom.
Everything is also provided for families with children. (Cots and high chairs are available, as well as a play area).
OUTSIDE:
A large 1,000 m² garden awaits you at the rear of the house. From the raised terrace, you can enjoy a panoramic view of the green surroundings of the Ardennes while enjoying a drink and a barbecue.
A pétanque court will keep you entertained in good weather, as will a play area for children.
Around ten parking spaces are available at the front of the house.
NEARBY ACTIVITIES:
The location of this cottage allows you to discover the jewels of the region, hiking trails, as well as international events such as the Belgian Formula 1 Grand Prix. To complete your visit, discover the museum dedicated to the circuit in Stavelot, located in the heart of Stavelot Abbey. The town of Spa has thermal baths and a casino. The village of Coo, with its waterfalls and Plopsa Coo amusement park, is well worth a visit.
For a more traditional approach, AT Bike in Waimes offers bicycle hire, while in Mont, at La Spinette, you can hire cross-country skis when the first snowflakes appear.
Important notes:
• Stag parties or student parties are not permitted in this house. Groups of young people must make a request in advance.
• A maximum of two pets may be brought to the house.
