About the property
Spacious and elegant property located in the Érezée region, ideal for large groups and sports enthusiasts. The accommodation consists of two buildings: one modern and the other slightly more rustic, accessible for people with reduced mobility.
Combined, the two buildings can accommodate up to 38 people and charm visitors with their comfortable yet refined interior. They include 15 bedrooms, 9 of which have private bathrooms. Four additional bathrooms ensure optimal comfort for all guests.
The living room is warm and tastefully decorated, equipped with comfortable sofas and a fireplace insert. The large dining room offers ample space for the entire group, while the professional kitchen allows easy preparation of communal meals.
A third building, located a few meters away, houses a large fitness room with a heated indoor swimming pool of 25 meters, fitness machines, and two saunas, perfect for sports training, relaxation, or recovery.
In the large garden, you will find a charcoal barbecue and garden furniture to enjoy outdoor meals. Children have a complete playground with swings, a slide, a climbing structure, and a sandbox. For older guests, there is a pétanque court. A secure bicycle area is also available.
Located near Érezée, in the heart of the Belgian Ardennes, the house is surrounded by pristine nature and numerous activities. The charming towns of Durbuy and La Roche-en-Ardenne, the Wéris megaliths, and the Hotton caves are easily accessible. Numerous hiking trails and cycling paths invite exploration of the region.
