This magnificent old village house, recently converted into a gîte for up to 30 people, is located in the beautiful Gouvy region.

Combining tranquility and relaxation for young and old, this accommodation has everything you need for a superb stay in the heart of our beautiful Belgian Ardennes.

First floor:

On the first floor, you'll find several rooms suitable for groups to relax and enjoy, just as they are;

- the living room, divided into two parts by a low wall and housing a pretty library. A smaller part with 3 sofas for a little more peace and quiet, and the other a little larger, where part of the group can settle down to enjoy a moment together.

- The dining room is spacious enough for the whole group to enjoy a convivial meal.

- the games room, adjoining the dining room. The ideal place to entertain with a magnificent bar, pool table and kicker.

1st floor:

Each bedroom has its own private bathroom with washbasin, shower and toilet, distributed as follows on this floor:

- bedroom 1: divided into two parts with 1 double bed, 2 single beds and 1 baby bed
- bedroom 2: 2 single beds
- bedroom 3: 2 single beds
- bedroom 4: 1 bunk bed with a double mattress below and a single mattress above
- bedroom 5: 1 double bed and 1 baby bed

On this floor you'll also find a laundry room with a tumble dryer.

2nd floor:

There are 9 further bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with washbasin, shower and toilet;

- bedroom 6: 3 single beds
- bedroom 7: 2 single beds
- bedroom 8: 2 single beds

- bedroom 11: 1 double bed

There's also a playroom for the little ones, with a play module and slide.

Outside, there's a beautiful relaxation area, with a partially covered swimming pool, Jacuzzi and sauna surrounded by deckchairs or lounges in a beautiful tropical atmosphere.

On the terrace, you can relax with the group, enjoying the 2 barbecues available, deckchairs and play area for children.

This gîte is located not far from Luxembourg, in a beautiful region in the heart of the Ardennes.
It offers many opportunities for hiking and sightseeing.

A few kilometers away, you'll find the Brasserie Lupulus, and you can also discover the beautiful region of Vielsalm with its lake and regional activities such as the craft market.
