About the property
This freshly renovated vacation home is located in the Hautes Fagnes-Eifel nature park, a beautiful area bordering Germany and just 110 km from Maastricht.
In this luxurious home, ideal for families, you can relax and enjoy time together; whether in the wellness area, the outdoor Jacuzzi, the large living room or the upstairs games room with kicker, billiards and darts.
The house is wheelchair-friendly.
All bedrooms have wide doors and the whole house is barrier-free. There are 2 bathrooms specially equipped for people with reduced mobility.

In this magnificent house, you'll find an open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the dining room, ideal for sharing a meal with the whole group, and the living room with a beautiful wood-burning stove and a splendid view of the surrounding countryside.
The rest of the first floor comprises:
- 1 laundry room with washing machine and dryer
- 2 separate toilets
- 4 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds, private bathroom with shower and toilet.

On this floor are 6 bedrooms, structured as follows:
- 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds and a private bathroom with shower and toilet.
- 3 room with 4 single beds and a private bathroom with shower and toilet.
- 1 room with 6 single beds and a private bathroom with shower and toilet.
There's also a great games room with kicker, billiards and darts.
In all this beautiful house has 30 single beds, but 10 can be made into double beds with a 180 cm double mattress on request.

Here you'll find a 100m2 terrace with various garden furniture, Jacuzzi and charcoal barbecue.
There's also a children's play area with trampoline, slide and swing.
All this surrounded by one of the most beautiful landscapes the Fagnes has to offer, whatever the season.
Twelve car parking spaces are available at the front of the house.
*Please note that walking in the lava stone flower beds is strictly prohibited. The owner reserves the right to charge a minimum restoration fee of €30.00 if footprints or damage are detected.
To avoid these charges, a brush has been provided. You can use this brush to clean up any displaced lava stones yourself and thereby avoid additional costs.*
