Near Chaudfontaine, a spacious and newly renovated holiday home awaits you. It has retained its original charm and can accommodate up to 20 + 6 guests. With plenty of space for privacy and socializing, it is ideal for large families or groups.

The ten spacious bedrooms are spread over two floors and each has its own bathroom, some even with a whirlpool bath. In addition, six sofa beds are available.
The open-plan living and dining area can comfortably host all guests – the kitchen is fully equipped, the long dining table invites shared meals, and two cozy seating areas provide relaxing moments.
The property also features a modern wellness area with a whirlpool, Finnish sauna, and infrared cabin. Right next to it, a games room with billiards, darts, foosball, and a private bar promises fun and social moments.

The outdoor area is fully fenced and offers a furnished terrace, a barbecue, and a pétanque court. For children, there is a playhouse, slide, and swing. Bicycles can be securely stored in a lockable storage room.

The region is characterized by the green Ardennes, dense forests, and the famous thermal springs of Chaudfontaine. Hiking and cycling trails start directly in the area and follow the Vesdre river.
Popular attractions include the Remouchamps Caves, the wild Ninglinspo Valley, and the nearby city of Liège with its historic center.
