Just a few minutes from the accommodation is Lake Bütgenbach, which is ideal for water sports such as swimming, canoeing and stand-up paddling. The surrounding paths are ideal for walks and cycle tours.
Historical sights await you in the surrounding area, including Reinhardstein Castle and Stavelot Abbey. The lively town of Malmedy is also just a short drive away and well worth a visit.

Upper floor:
The open-plan kitchen flows seamlessly into the spacious living room – ideal for social gatherings. A cozy bedroom is furnished with two beds; a crib can be provided upon request. The modern bathroom features a shower, bathtub, toilet, urinal, and a washing machine and dryer. A separate guest toilet provides additional convenience. A storage room is also available.
The highlight is the large, sunny terrace – perfect for relaxing outdoors. A convenient freight elevator facilitates access to the apartment.
Ground floor:
A small wellness area awaits you here for relaxing hours. A second terrace invites you to linger. There is also a toilet + shower and a separate, lockable storage room, ideal for bicycles or other equipment. Your private parking space is located directly at the house.
