The apartment is located in a new holiday complex with 8 apartments, right on the lakeshore and offers a breathtaking panoramic view over the Lake of Bütgenbach.

The family-friendly facility was opened in October 2015.

The apartment offers you every comfort and is the ideal hideaway for couples in love. This is where you can relax and move on from your everyday stress.

The apartment can accommodate 2 persons on a living space of 64 m2.

-- 1 fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator and freezer, Senseo coffee machine, stove with ceramic hob and oven.
-- 1 bathroom with shower
-- 1 separate WC
-- 1 sofa bed with fold-out bed and mattress
-- Indoor whirlpool

In the outside area you will find the terrace with magnificent view over the lake.

The indoor swimming pool, the sauna, the infrared cabin, the fitness room, the large game room with air hockey and games machines and the pool room from the resort can be used by the guests without charge.

The swimming pool and wellness area are daily open from 9am to 7pm

After 7pm the spa and the swimming pool can be booked for private use for a small fee.
